DEAF96 is linked to and cooperates with R96 festival, The New
Temptation, and with ISEA96 (International Symposium on Electronic Art), whose annual congress is held in Rotterdam this year.
This cooperation guarantees a broad and varied programme dealing
with art, (media) technology and society.
